Laura Bloomquist is a graduate of Martin Luther College with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She also received her NASM personal training certification and became a nutrition specialist in 2018. In 2019, she competed in an NPC bodybuilding competition and placed top five within three different classes.

With her passion and background in educating and coaching, she helps doctors sell and buy their practices. Education and fitness have allowed Laura to make a difference in many people's lives, whether children or adults. She is excited to be part of the KLAS team.

Daniel comes to KLAS with over 20 years of dental experience. He spent 13 years with a major national distributor as a top sales performer. Focused on the business of dentistry, he was an active member of the Milwaukee Study Club for 9 years. He took an active role in learning about dentistry from a clinical perspective, collecting hundreds of CE credits from some of the best minds in dentistry. He worked with both large and small dental offices, and understands the challenges DSO models have as well as the single-doctor dental practice. He has dedicated his career to helping solve those issues.

Daniel spent 5 years as a financial planner for Northwestern Mutual, helping the dental community understand what a complete financial plan consists of. He is trained and well educated in financial planning, leadership development, and business building principles, and realized early on that there is no such thing as a cookie-cutter design to financial planning.

Daniel believes that your personal plan should drive your business plan. He has spent years developing a network of dental-specific advisors including CPAs, attorneys, financial planners, and bankers, and has teamed up with KLAS Solutions to bring a unique blend of consulting. He is a great asset to dentists who want a plan for all aspects of their personal and business life. Whether you're a recent grad or selling your practice one day, the goal is to help you enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Daniel lives in Southern Wisconsin with his wife Laurie and their three children, Benjamin, Allyson, and Micah. He loves fishing, hunting, and all sports, with football at the top of the list.

Code Williams works as a healthcare real estate advisor with KLAS Healthcare Realty.

In addition to real estate, Code comes from an extensive oil and gas background, working in acquisitions and divestitures along with leasing land for exploration, surface locations, and pipeline connections. The oil and gas industry gave Code deep experience in both negotiations and evaluations, along with strong time management.

He is very active in Big Brothers Big Sisters and mentoring youth in outdoor activities.

Code resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife and two children. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with family, growing relationships with friends, playing golf, hunting, and fishing.

Lauren Bennett is a dentist who graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. After graduating, she started a practice from scratch in Bixby and grew her small practice into a large one that needed a new building. She happily moved her practice, then became seriously ill with a large blood clot, and sold her practice in 2023 so she could recover medically.

Now healthy and happy, Lauren has found the perfect niche as a Transition Consultant at KLAS Practice Solutions, helping doctors at every stage of their career, from graduation to retirement. Her strengths include dental transitions, dental due diligence, and operations management for overhead reduction.

Outside of work, you can find Lauren in the gym. She is a yogi and sincerely enjoys practicing. She values her small family and spends as much time with them as she can, reads every day, has been part of a book club for 10 years, and enjoys gardening, cooking, and sharing joy and kindness.
